I help busy entrepreneurs and business owners create daily routines that support physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual health - because a healthier you makes a wealthier you.
I help busy entrepreneurs and business owners — especially those starting up or scaling up — find small pockets of time to build sustainable habits that support their health. We work holistically across physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing, so they can become the #1 powerhouse behind their business.
We co-create daily routines that fit your life.
It’s not about perfection — it’s about progress.
Protecting the one asset the business can’t run without: YOU.
I’m Ildikó Sealey. An Encorepreneur, a passionate routine mentor, and a fierce advocate for new beginnings at any age, especially later in life.
Hungarian-born and UK-based, I’ve taken the scenic route through life: from leathercraft specialist to social housing professional, from textile designer to property investor. I’ve gained two degrees in a second language and built a lifestyle that gives me the freedom to follow my passions.
At 50, I chose to reinvent myself. I declared I want to do something amazing in my life. I launched New Business in Later Life to spotlight entrepreneurs in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. I also founded the Routine Club to help others build health-centred routines that support a thriving business and a balanced life.
These days, you’ll find me recording episodes, mentoring clients, speaking on stages, and cheering on anyone brave enough to say “What if I start now?”
Because it’s never too late.
Step 1: Foundations – Reclaim Your Time
Start by understanding where your time really goes. Together, we’ll:
Design a flexible, sustainable routine that suits your life
Step 2: Building – Introduce Habits That Work
Build a personalised routine across four essential areas:
🧘♀️ Physical health
– Gentle daily movement (e.g., walking, stretching)
– Nutritious meals that support energy and focus
🧠 Mental health
– Daily journaling or brain-dumping
– Short mindfulness or breathing practices
📚 Intellectual health
– Read or listen to insightful books and podcasts
– Set learning goals or join mentoring spaces
🌿 Spiritual health
– Simple meditation or reflective time
– Connecting with purpose through gratitude or prayer
Step 3: Development – Small Actions, Big Results
This is where it compounds. Once the routine is in place, it starts working for you:
More time for what truly matters.
